General Instructions •Campers are expected to arrive at the camp site by 6.00 PM, 17 January 2003, to complete personal registration and commence camp construction.

•Campers who have not submitted their registration form will be refused entry.

Personal Gear List

Participants are required to bring: •Personal medication

•Pillows, blankets, sleeping bag, sleeping mat (foam mat)

•Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, deodorant, etc)

•Warm jersey (preferably woolen or thick polarfleece)

•Rain Jacket (preferably waterproof with hood)

•Clothing (sufficient for 3 days, including underwear, socks, shirts etc)

•Towels

•Sports shoes and sports gear (trackpants or shorts below the knees)

•Swimming gear

•Camera with film (optional)

Camp Rules

1.Dress code: Modest dress covering the awrah is expected, with shorts/pants extending below the knees

2.Behaviour: Islamic behaviours and norms are expected, politeness and amicability towards others, no foul language, modesty.

3.Respect for the speakers, elders and conference supervisors, including following orders.

4.Cleanliness: keep the facilities clean and maintain a high level of personal hygiene. 5.Staying on premises: permission of the supervisors is required to leave the premises.

6.Housekeeping: participants must be willing to help in duties such as cleaning.

The conference organisers reserve the right to expel participants for unacceptable behaviour.
